I see so many clients get started online and disappear. Where do they go? Good question! Obviously, in some cases life happens and personal issues arise. But other times clients just plain 'ole disappear. Magically they appear weeks later of course, but this is bad for business.
Knock-Knock is Anybody Home?
You need to treat an online business just like a brick and mortar business. You have to show up every day! A business, whether it's online or off, can't and will not run itself! You have to take part in the daily running of your business. You need to be consistent.
If you had a brick and mortar store, but didn't show up for days or weeks, what would happen to that store? You know the answer to that one! You would build up NO following of customers, you would build NO trust, and who wants to shop at a store that seemingly just sits there!
Excuses, Excuses, Excuses
I hate excuses... As a person who has worked though some pretty tough times and still managed to be successful - I hate excuses. I hate blame. Nike SO had it right when they came up with their slogan "Just Do It" because you know what- it really is that easy!
Be consistent, show up daily, make no excuses, and work hard... Success will be yours one day...And you will have earned it!
